CIB CORP LTD provides merchant hardware, software, and digital gateway integrations. We facilitate the setup of your merchant account with Worldpay for secure transaction processing.
3. Business Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information for all merchant applications and to use provided hardware in accordance with our technical guides.
4. Fees and Settlements
All processing rates and monthly fees are custom built for your business. Settlements are processed via our secure infrastructure, aiming for next day availability where possible.
5. Liability and Security
We maintain strictly PCI compliant infrastructure. CIB CORP LTD is not liable for indirect losses resulting from third party network failures or external hardware damage.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
